Send better emails via Gong with templates
Follow up with prospects directly in Gong using templates. Choose from ready-made templates or create your own. Add variables to your templates to save you time and ensure that the emails you send are always in context.
When you send emails via Gong, their stats are automatically tracked, which means you'll know when your emails are opened and when their links are clicked.
Customize consent settings per team
Consent requirements vary between different regions and different teams, and you need the flexibility to make sure your all reps capture consent on every call. Introducing consent profiles: configure consent page settings on a profile level, and assign different profiles to different people and teams, as needed.

Capture all your meetings, even when not recorded
Gong can now capture meetings with CRM contacts that aren’t set to be recorded and show the meeting date in the Deals, Account, and Activity pages. These meetings include for example, on-site meetings, non-recorded video meeting, meetings with a missing URL, or meetings with an unsupported web conferencing provider. Having visibility into meetings set but not recorded gives you a more complete picture of deal activity.
Set up Gong to capture non-recorded meetings through the company Connection Import Settings and in the team member Data Capture settings.
Integration with Gainsight
Organizations working with Gainsight can enhance their support and customer success experience by pulling Gong call data, trackers, notes, and action items into the Gainsight timeline.

Dynamic consent page links
Dynamic links, which provide improved security, are available when using the Gong calendar add-in and with an integration using the web conferencing system's API. See where the risk is in your forecast numbers and which team or salesperson is carrying most of that risk. Switch the deals board view to TEAM MEMBERS to see how the risk is distributed, and drill down in a couple of clicks into what deals are affected, what the risks are, and the latest activity on the deal.

Deal insights - Our first deal insight is based on the Not enough contacts warning. We calculate how many deals close successfully and the number of contacts on each deal to surface at scale what works best for your deals.
