Manage consent settings in profiles: Consent settings are now managed exclusively in profiles. If you haven't switched from global settings to profiles yet, we made this switch for you, and your global consent settings are now used as your default profile, assigned to the same people. The difference is that now you can add more profiles with different settings and assign them to different teams to make sure everyone is getting recording consent according to local legislation. Get notified when calls fail to push to Salesforce: Gong now periodically checks for issues when exporting calls to Salesforce and, if needed, sends an email with a detailed error message so you can locate the source of the problem, correct it and then push the failed conversations to Salesforce again.
