This article covers how to change settings for team members.
If you provision team members automatically, some settings can be changed only in your IDP, and some can be changed only in the team members provisioning page.

In your company settings page, click Team Members.

Locate the person you want to make changes to, and click their name.

Edit the available fields as described in add a team member.

Edit other settings as required:

Gong consent page link : If your company uses a consent page to obtain recording consent, then this person's personal consent page link appears here. Either edit the personal name section of the personal consent page link on their behalf, or let them edit it themselves in their own settings (as described here).

View the following information:

Voice identification: If Gong has at least 2 mono telephony calls with a minimum of 2 minutes of recorded speech, then we can typically identify the voice of the team member.

History: a list of changes made to the user profile. The changes listed are:

Changes to settings related to web conference recording, importing non-recorded meetings, calls, emails and Gong connect

Provisioning related changes such as whether the user is active/inactive, updates to permission profiles, workspace permissions, data capture profile, licensing, auto assignment, and voice print consent

Changes to personal information such as name, email, or email alias change.
