On the right side of the home page is the Activity section that contains the following tabs:

TO DO list

See items you need to take action on:

  • Items you've flagged to revisit. Click Dismiss when done to remove the item from the list.

  • Items where you've been asked to give feedback. Click Mark as reviewed (for when you already gave feedback) or Dismiss (removes without affecting coaching statistics).

INBOX

See items where someone has tagged you in a call comment for your attention, by adding a comment and adding @yourname, or shared a call with you. You can't remove items from your inbox.

OUTBOX

See items where you've flagged the attention of others, for example by replying to a comment, or sharing a call.

You can also click VIEW UPCOMING CALLS to see your call schedule for the coming days.
