Add a call to the library to an existing folder or create a new folder for the call.

Open a call and select Add to Library .

In the Choose a folder field, start typing the name of the folder you want to store the call in, and then select the folder. You may also have permission to create a new folder. If so, select CREATE NEW FOLDER.

Add a note about the call (optional). The note will appear in the library when the call is selected.

(Optional) you can save part of the call as a snippet. If you know the start and stop times of the snippet you want to save, move the Save a snippet of the call to the Library toggle to on, and enter the start and stop times.

Click ADD.
A copy of the call appears in the library folder you selected. The call is still available to anyone who has access to it on the page.
