View the account's timeline to analyze the account associated to a call.
The timeline button, closed by default, is located at the top of the call page.
Click the tab to open the timeline.
The account timeline displays activity: calls, emails, and engagement events for all business opportunities associated to the account.
Zoom in and out of the timeline, and travel along it.
Different colors represent your company and the prospect; your company is purple, the prospect is red.

Turn on the Calls only toggle to focus on customer conversations.
