Disabling a team member prevents them from accessing Gong, but does not remove related captured data, such as recorded calls. Here's how to do it:

In your company settings page, click Team Members.

In the team members table, click
, and select Disable....

The team member can longer access Gong. Any call they scheduled to record is still recorded for the first hour after you disable them.

To view only active or licensed team members, go to Settings > General > Team Members. Click the filter icon, and select Active.

With automatic provisioning, you have the option to set up provisioning so that If a team member is deactivated in your IDPO, they are automatically deactivated in Gong. Learn more. Note, if your provisioning source is Salesforce, it can take up to 24 hours after deactivating someone in Salesforce before they are disabled in Gong.
