Anybody with the necessary permissions in their permission profile can score a call and view a call’s score on the call page.
That depends on the number of scorecards assigned to the call. Each person can only use a scorecard once, but if there is more than one scorecard available, they can use score the call using a different scorecard.
Results are tracked per scorecard and are available for download as a CSV file.
There is no limit on how many questions you can ask in scorecards.
The scorecard field options determine how a question is answered. The options available are Skip, Select, or N/A (not applicable). For example, create an N/A field for a question that need not be answered, or create a Skip field to skip a question.
Yes! For example it's possible for an AE and a Manager to score the same call; meaning there will be two scorecards - one completed by the AE, and the second completed by the manager.
