Categories are available for use on the Insights > Team page. You can view the behavior of different team members side-by-side based on calls in a particular category. This functionality helps to provide more accurate insights by grouping and segmenting similar calls.
Steps:

Go to Insights > Team.

Locate the three drop-down lists at the right above the tabs. Click the list furthest on the right, Customer Calls, and select the category you want to see stats for.
