To add a call category, click your name in the top right corner of any Gong page and go to your company settings.

Under Optimize Analysis, click Categories. Scroll down and find the name of the category you want to manage. To edit the category name, click
to the right of the category page.

To change the filters, click Change.

Categories appear on the Team page, in the top right corner. To change the order in which they appear, click
on the far right and drag the categories to the desired position.
Note
You can also add categories from the Team page. Click the Category field in the top right corner and at the bottom of the dropdown, click +Add a category.

To delete a category, hover the category and click Delete.
