The tabs display the average calculation of the stats for the team, together with the breakdown for each individual team member.
Click on each team member to see their individual stats, the trend for the time period selected, and a list of calls sorted according to the highest to lowest score for the stat you’re looking at.

Move between the tabs to see other individual stats for this team member or click Team to return to the team page.
If your organization has enabled Whisper for interaction stats you’ll see recommendations for the ideal range for each statistic.
A green dot indicates that the rep's statistic is within the recommended range, while a yellow dot shows they were outside the recommended range. This is set up by your Gong admin. For more details, see Set up Whisper for call interaction stats.
Call stats are available for all calls in all supported languages, except for smart trackers which are only available in English. Keyword tracker stats are available in all supported languages.
