TIP 1: Use exclude lists to exclude certain interviews
Leverage your exclude list by setting up a rule to exclude any interviews that you do not want to record, for example, interviews with “Confidential” in the subject.
TIP 2: Make sure your exclude lists don’t block any interviews
Check the following:

That your current Gong settings don’t exclude meetings that include words that you typically have in your interview meeting titles, such as “Interview”.

That an interviewer email address is not in the exclude list.
If so, remove them from the exclude list, and set them to “never record” in their web conferencing settings, which restricts recording to interviews only.
Review your exclude list rules:

Go to your company settings > Data Protection & Privacy page.
