You can share folders with calls you want other teams or team members to listen to. Sharing is available for folders in Your Library. If needed, you can also restrict access after it was given.
Contact your admin if you don't have permission to share and revoke access to folders.
Share a folder
People can add and remove calls to folders you give them access to.

Select Conversations to access the Library.

Hover over the folder you want to share and click
.

Click Share and choose the people you want to share the folders with. Team members are notified that you shared a folder with them. You can add a note about the calls in the folder.

Select SHARE.
Revoke access to a folder

Hover over the folder you want to share and click
.

Click Share .

In the People with access section, select Remove next to the name of the person needed.

Select UPDATE.
