Stay on top of your numbers - export a report for each of the Insights > Team tabs. The report is sent to your email.
Note
To export team stats, the data export option in your permission profile must be selected. For details, see About permission profiles.
This article explains how to export the stats report, and what information is included in the report.

Go to Insights > Team.

Browse to the desired tab, and set the report parameters:

Team manager

Time period
-
Call type
-

Click EXPORT.

Select one of the following:

DATE RANGE - see a summary of data for the time range as defined in the main tab filters.

TIME COMPARISON - compare three different date periods, and can analyze trends over time.
This option adds 3 rows for every record, one for each of the previous 3 weeks or months.

Choose whether or not to include the management hierarchy.
The hierarchy included is the one defined in Gong (admins can view this in the Team members settings page).
The hierarchy includes the all managers from the highest-level down to the lowest-level.

Set additional settings per report type.

Click DOWNLOAD CSV.
The report is generated (this can take a little time) and you'll get an email when the report is ready.
All reports contain the following information:
