Manager View gives managers a bird’s eye view of Gong's recommendations for opportunity-owning reps in order to help them win more deals. Manager View is available to all managers, as well as anyone in your org who can manage business settings, as set in their permission profile.

Manager View enables you to see exactly what your rep sees in Assist Hub. This includes new and open assists, recent deal-related activities, next meetings, relevant CRM data, and more. You can sort the deals you see by amount, close date, newest assist, and engagement, and click on any deal to drill down into its details.
Manager View is view only, so you don’t need to worry about making any changes to your rep’s data. Explore their deals, see recent communications and reminders, and stay on top of what your reps have going on.
Note
If you see an assist with a blue background, it means it’s new, and hasn’t been opened yet by the rep. You can click through the assist to see what it’s all about, without affecting how the rep sees it.
If you’re a manager, or you have permission to manage business settings at your org, you’ll see the Manager View when you enter Assist. Click the Assist tab in the top navigation. In the left panel select YOUR VIEW to see your personal Assist Hub. Select TEAM VIEW to enter access Manager View.
In addition to viewing your own team via TEAM VIEW, you can view any team member in your org who's using Assist.
When you search for people in TEAM VIEW, you’ll see one of the following under their name:
-
Account names: If you see account names, this team member has open assists for these deals.
-
No open assists: This means the team member doesn’t have any open assists.
-
Not eligible for Assist: This means the team member is not an opportunity owner in Salesforce or Hubspot.
-
Integration needed: This means the team member is missing a necessary integration: email import and/or calendar import.
