# View exported activities in HubSpot

> 
> **Available on**: Any Gong plan

When Gong exports activities to HubSpot, the activity is associated with the relevant Company, Contact, and Deal records.

## View exported meetings

The object containing meeting invites and web conference calls includes:

- The call name and participants
- A link to the call in Gong
- The call spotlight including the call brief, highlights and outline
- A list of meeting attendees
- A list of action items identified by Gong
- The association to a HubSpot entities
- Call metadata

Conference calls exported as meetings are displayed as follows in Hubspot:

## Understand participants and attendees

Exported meeting, call, and note activities include both participants and attendees.

- **Participants** refers to people who joined the call.
- **Attendees** refers to people who joined the call, who also have a contact record in HubSpot.

## View exported emails

Once your emails are exported to HubSpot, you will be able to see them in their relevant entities, such as accounts or deals. We also display a list of entities associated with the email so you can easily view them. Below is an example of an email imported to HubSpot.
