# AI Tracker

AI Tracker is an agent that identifies when important concepts come up in sales and customer conversations, even if they’re phrased in unexpected ways. It does this using smart trackers, which detect meaning, not just keywords.

## What AI Tracker helps you do

AI Tracker helps you:

- Detect important concepts in conversations, even when they’re phrased in unexpected ways
- Track how reps talk about pricing, objections, product feedback, and more
- Spot trends across deals, teams, and customer segments
- Support more accurate coaching, forecasting, and decision-making

## How it works

AI Tracker uses smart trackers, which are trained to recognize specific concepts in conversation, not just exact words. For example, a smart tracker trained to find “asking for a discount” might surface phrases like:

- “Is that the best you can do?”
- “Can we work something out?”
- “Is there any wiggle room on pricing?”

## How to use smart tracker results

Smart tracker results help you find the most relevant parts of a call, so you can act on insights. Use these results to:

- Filter calls in search to quickly review specific moments
- Set up streams to get alerts when key concepts come up
- Surface insights in team dashboards and initiative boards
- Track themes in deal boards and win/loss analysis
- Use in scorecards to identify relevant parts of the call for evaluation and feedback
- Use in playbooks to track progress in your sales methodology by highlighting where key behaviors or topics were covered
- Review call summaries and get notified when high-impact topics are mentioned
