# AI Theme Spotter

AI Theme Spotter is an AI agent that surfaces patterns and trends across customer conversations, identifying recurring insights that would be impossible to spot manually. With AI Theme Spotter, you gain a clear view of the aggregate voice of the customer so you can make informed strategic decisions.

## What AI Theme Spotter solves for your team

## What you need to get started

Team members must be business admins in order to create an analysis. They can do this via **Insights > AI Theme Spotter** or **Admin center > Agent Studio > AI Theme Spotter**. To view an analysis, team members must have the [Theme Spotter permission](/v1/docs/available-permission-settings#access-to-pages). Once it's enabled, team members will be able to access theme analyses via **Insights > AI Theme Spotter**.
