# AI Ask Anything

AI Ask Anything is an agent that instantly answers questions about calls, accounts, deals, and contacts, helping your team make faster, more informed decisions.

Instead of manually digging through calls and emails, just ask a question in natural language. AI Ask Anything scans the relevant conversations and surfaces relevant insights. With AI Ask Anything, you:

- Reduce the amount of time it takes to prepare for meetings or create a deck, by surfacing critical information instantly
- Provide targeted context-driven answers by focusing information from multiple sources
- Improve knowledge transfer between team members and across the organization

## How AI Ask Anything gathers insights

AI Ask Anything analyzes calls and emails to answer your questions:

- **Across calls:**Conduct a search across your calls, ask a question and [get an answer](/v1/docs/search-for-calls#ask-anything-about-the-calls-surfaced-in-the-search)based on up to the top 100 calls that were found to have match.
- **Deals and accounts**: Looks at up to 60 calls and 500 emails from the selected time period
- **Contacts**: Uses up to 10 recent calls and 80 recent emails with that contact
- **Calls**: Answers questions about specific calls to quickly surface what was discussed

AI Ask Anything can help you find instant answers from the homepage, search page, call pages, deal boards, Account console, and in Engage.

Any team member can access this feature if they have the required permissions.
