# The Call Intelligence seat

Call Intelligence is Gong’s AI-powered call analytics solution, offering deep customer insights, talk pattern analysis, action items, and Ask Anything capabilities— all of which are seamlessly synced with your CRM. The Call Intelligence seat includes:

- Call recording and transcription
- Conversation management
- Call collaboration
- Ask anything on a call
- CRM object mapping
- The Gong mobile app

> **Note:**
> 
> - Gong applications are not available with the Call Intelligence seat and can only be added to the [Gong Foundation](/v1/docs/plans-and-seats) platform.
> - Downgrading from **Gong Foundation** to **Call Intelligence** will result in losing access to features that are not already included in Call Intelligence. These include:
> 
> - Activity capture and analysis (emails, web conferences, other digital interactions), except for telephony calls
> 
> - Premium AI analysis including AI Smart Trackers
> 
> - Account page views - Starter deal boards
