Perform these steps if you have RingDNA for Salesforce v1.60 and above, in order to give Gong access to the required RingDNA call data. This step should be performed before you configure the RingDNA integration.

  1. In Salesforce, go to Setup > Administration > Users > Permissions Sets.

  2. Search for “RingDNA Call Permissions Set” and then click Object Settings.

  7. Select the integration user that connected Gong to Salesforce, and then click Assign.

    Tip

To find out who this user is, in Gong, go to Settings > CRM > Salesforce, and look at the Account email.

Gong can now access the required call data from RingDNA.
