# Set up Calendly

> **Who can use this**: Any team member
>
> **Available on**: Gong Engage
>
> **Ideal for**: Sales rep, Sales manager

Gong records calls scheduled through Calendly when the following conditions are met:

- You're set up to be recorded by Gong
- The meeting appears in your calendar
- The meeting event includes a web conferencing link

If you don't have a web conferencing link, Gong recommends generating a link by using Calendly's (out-of-the-box) integration solution with [Google Meet](https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/360035661634-Google-Meet), [Zoom](https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/360010008093-Zoom), [GoToMeeting](https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/231495427-GoToMeeting), [Microsoft Teams](https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052459713-Microsoft-Teams-Conferencing-), etc.
- In Calendly, your event types are set to **Calendar invitations**. You can check your settings using the steps below
