Set read-along transcript languages

Gong transcribes your org's calls and web conference conversations, and can display those transcriptions with read-along functionality on the calls page. Our transcript accuracy for English is best in class, with an 88% accuracy rate. By default, read-along transcripts are displayed for calls processed in English.

To enable read-along transcripts to be displayed in other languages:

1. Click your user name in the top right corner, select Company Settings > General settings.

2. In the Transcript languages section, add languages you want your team to see read-along transcripts for.

3. Click UPDATE.

Even if you don't enable read-along transcripts for a specific language, team members can view a static transcript of the call from the call page by clicking in the top right corner and selecting View Transcript.
