# Recipe: Additional custom reports

In this article, learn how to create a couple of common custom reports.

## **Number of meetings with the customer**

Set up a report with the following parameters:

- Set the **Report Type** to **Conversations with Primary Account**.
- Group rows by **Primary Account**.
- Set **Gong Count** to **Summarize** > **Sum**.
- Apply any relevant filters, as desired. For example, **Customer Type**, **Location**, **Conversation Scope**, **Conversation Primary Owner**, and so on.

## **Duration of early stage calls, per rep**

Set up a report with the following parameters:

- Set the **Report Type** to **Conversations**.
- Group rows by **Primary User**.
- Set **Duration (Sec.)** to **Summarize** > **Average**.
- Apply any relevant filters, as desired. For example, **Opportunity Stage at the time of the call**, **Started**, **Conversation Scope**, and so on.

## **Report the amount of calls made to a specific contact within a specific time frame**

View and analyse the number of Gong calls made to a contact within a specific time frame:

- Use the **Conversations with Participants** report
- Filter to Participant Type = Contact (external)
- Group the report by participant email
- Apply time filters to the call dates
