The easiest way to build this dashboard is by [generating it from a template](/v1/docs/building-dashboards-1). If you prefer building it on your own, here’s how:

1. Build 4 [KPI widgets](/v1/docs/kpi-widget):
  1. **Booking attainment**:
    1. Base the widget on a single metric - **Bookings ($) -**and set it to be measured against the bookings target.
    2. Set the date (closed date) and team member (owner) to be taken from the dashboard.
  2. **Overall win rate**:
    1. Base the widget on a single metric - **Win rate ($)**.
    2. Set the date (closed date) and team member (owner) to be taken from the dashboard.
  3. **Total pipeline created**
    1. Base the widget on a single metric - **Pipeline created ($).**
    2. Set the date (created date) and team member (owner) to be taken from the dashboard.
  4. **ASP**
    1. Base the widget on a single metric - **Average sales price ($).**
    2. Set the date (created date) and team member (owner) to be taken from the dashboard.
2. Build 1 [performance widget](/v1/docs/performance-widget):
  1. **Team performance**
    1. Include 4 metrics in the widget: Bookings ($), Win rate by amount ($), Win rate by deal count (#), and Average sales price ($).
    2. Set Bookings ($) to be measured against the bookings target and color code its values: green for when the value > 100, red for < 70
    3. Set the date (closed date) and team member (owner) to be taken from the dashboard.
3. Build 1 [trends widgets](/v1/docs/trends-widget):
  1. **How’s this quarter’s pipeline trending?**
    1. Base the widget on your line of business.
    2. Break down the data by forecast category and select the default forecast category.
    3. Set the team member (owner) to be taken from the dashboard and the period as the current fiscal quarter.
4. Build 5 [custom charts](/v1/docs/custom-chart):
  1. **Booking ($) performance over time by team:**
    1. Base the widget on **Bookings ($).**
    2. Set the team member (owner) to be taken from the dashboard and the period as the last 4 fiscal quarters.
    3. Break down the data by quarter and team member (rolled up by team).
  2. **Pipeline created ($) over time by type:**
    1. Base the widget on **Pipeline created ($).**
    2. Set the team member (owner) to be taken from the dashboard and the period as the last 4 fiscal quarters.
    3. Break down the data by quarter and opportunity type.
  3. **Win rate performance ($) over time by type:**
    1. Base the widget on **Win rate ($).**
    2. Set the team member (owner) to be taken from the dashboard and the period as the last 4 fiscal quarters.
    3. Break down the data by quarter and team member (rolled up by team).
  4. **ASP ($) performance over time by team:**
    1. Base the widget on **Win rate ($).**
    2. Set the team member (owner) to be taken from the dashboard and the period as the last 4 fiscal quarters.
    3. Break down the data by quarter and opportunity type.
  5. **Loss reasons:**
    1. Base the widget on **Total lost ($).**
    2. Set the date (closed date) and team member (owner) to be taken from the dashboard.
    3. Break down the data by loss reason and opportunity type.
5. Build 2 [deals widgets](/v1/docs/deals-widget):
  1. **Highest value won deals**
    1. Base the widget on a deal board, select the board’s default tab, and select the columns to include in the widget.
    2. Filter the deals by status: Closed-won.
    3. Set the date (closed date) and team member (owner) to be taken from the dashboard.
  2. **Highest value lost deals**
    1. Base the widget on a deal board, select the board’s default tab, and select the columns to include in the widget.
    2. Filter the deals by status: Closed-lost.
    3. Set the date (closed date) and team member (owner) to be taken from the dashboard.
6. Build 1 [funnel widgets](/v1/docs/funnel-widget):
  1. **Last quarter’s funnel conversion:**
    1. Base the widget on your amount, owner, and close date CRM fields.
7. Build 1 [custom chart](/v1/docs/custom-chart):
  1. **Next quarter's pipeline by close date and stage:**
    1. Base the widget on **Open pipeline ($).**
    2. Set the team member (owner) to be taken from the dashboard and the period as the current fiscal quarters.
    3. Break down the data by week and stage.
