# Open the account in a third-party app

> **Where to go:**Open the relevant call.

If you're reviewing a call and need to check something about the account in your CRM (or Clari, if enabled), you can open it right from the call page.

1. Go to the call page.
2. Click ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/2837c190-3ec8-4120-9116-6d427e774667/Images/Documentation/menu.png) in the top right corner, .
3. Select **Open in CRM** or **Open in Clari**.

Any team member can access this feature if they have the required permissions.

Access to this feature depends on your [assigned seat](/v1/docs/plans-and-seats).
