# Managing Whisper

Use Gong's Whisper to know what your top performers are doing. Whisper provides automatic coaching recommendations based on analyzing sales conversations and breaking down how each of your team members can improve. Recommendations are based on industry best practices.

## Activate Whisper for call interaction stats

1. Go to **Admin center > Data studio** > **Whisper for interaction stats.**
2. In the **Whisper for interaction stats** page, click **Activate** and then click Edit to define a filter.
3. Filter the calls list by adding filters in the left pane. The filters are listed at the top of the dialog, and the number of matching calls is also shown. To remove filters, click **x** next to the filter.
4. Click **SAVE SETUP**.
