## Publish, share, and give access

> [!NOTE]
> **Note:**
>
> Until published, dashboards are in draft mode and are only accessible to you and other team members with [permission to manage dashboards](/v1/docs/revenue-analytics-permissions#permissions-to-manage-dashboards).

To publish, share, and give access to the dashboard:

1. Click **Publish and share**.
2. Under **Invite,**select the people you want to share the dashboard with.
3. Choose whether to **Notify people**or not, and then, optionally, include your own message in the notification.

> [!NOTE]
> Note:
>
> Invited people would only see the dashboard if they have an active Forecast seat and [permission to view dashboards.](/v1/docs/revenue-analytics-permissions) If they don’t have these and are invited, they’ll be notified but won’t be able to view the dashboard.
4. Set the dashboard’s access: You can either give access only to invited people or to the entire company.
