You can also duplicate a scorecard for related programs, unpublish a scorecard without deleting its data, delete one that has never been used, or export results for further analysis. ## Edit and republish a scorecard Changes to a published scorecard aren't live until you click **Publish**. Publishing updates the scorecard for future scoring but doesn't change scorecard results that were already generated. **To edit and republish a scorecard:** 1. From the left sidebar, click **Assets**, and select **Scorecards**. 2. Hover over the scorecard row and click **More actions**, then select **Edit**. 3. Make your changes. 4. Click **Save**, then click **Publish**. ## Duplicate a scorecard Duplicating creates a copy of the scorecard definition with the same questions and settings. The copy starts in draft state, so you must review, name, and publish it before it is available for scoring. **To duplicate a scorecard:** 1. From the left sidebar, click **Assets**, and select **Scorecards**. 2. Hover over the scorecard row and click **More actions**, then select **Duplicate**. 3. Open the duplicate, rename it, review the questions and settings, and publish when ready. ## Unpublish a scorecard Unpublishing removes a scorecard from active use without deleting it or its data. Use this when a scorecard should no longer be available for scoring but you want to keep the historical data. **To unpublish a scorecard:** 1. From the left sidebar, click **Assets**, and select **Scorecards**. 2. Open the scorecard and click **Unpublish** in the top bar. ## Delete an unused scorecard Deleting a scorecard permanently removes it. You can delete a scorecard only if it has never been used, so unpublish a scorecard that has been used instead. **To delete an unused scorecard:** 1. From the left sidebar, click **Assets**, and select **Scorecards**. 2. Hover over the scorecard row and click **More actions**, then select **Delete**. 3. Confirm the deletion. ## Export scorecard results Export a detailed CSV of all completed scorecard results for a specific scorecard. The export includes one row per completed result with columns for the call, scored team member, scorer, date, visibility, individual question answers, and additional feedback. **To export scorecard results:** 1. From the left sidebar, click **Assets**, and select **Scorecards**. 2. Open the scorecard and click **More actions** in the top bar, then select **Export to CSV**. > [!NOTE] > Note: > > Private scorecard results are included in CSV exports, even though they may not be visible to everyone in Gong. The export identifies whether each scorecard is public or private. Results from private (Scorer) scorecards are also included in the API, and you can use the API to export scorecard result stats from Gong. ## Frequently asked questions ****The Delete option isn't available for my scorecard.
