When you open a metric to edit it, the builder also shows a banner with the exact count and a Show details link. Review this before making changes. ****Can I undo a metric deletion?**** No. Deleted metrics cannot be recovered. ****Can I delete a metric that is used in a formula metric?**** No. Gong blocks deletion if any formula metric uses the metric as an entity. Delete or update the formula metric first, then delete the underlying metric. A team member who manages the business entities in Gong, such as deal and forecast boards.
