# Key features

The Salesforce integration enables the following:

- Import Salesforce data to Gong: enables Gong to associate your CRM data with Gong conversations, give additional context for deals, allow you to search conversations according to Salesforce data.
- Export Gong data to Salesforce: enables you to export your Gong data as Salesforce tasks and if you install the Gong for Salesforce app, in the Gong conversation object.
- Update CRM data directly in Gong: enables reps to make changes to CRM data in Gong which is then synced with Salesforce.
