# Install Gong for Dynamics

> **Who can use this**: Tech admin, MS Dynamics admin
> 
> **Available on**: Any Gong plan

The Gong for Microsoft Dynamics 365 app sets up:

- The Flow object: an object that allows Gong to export Engage Flow data and Engage to-do activity data into your CRM.
- Custom fields: Flow fields which allow displaying flow data about different activities. The flow fields are added automatically to the relevant objects.

## Install the app

1. Go to the Gong.io listing in the [Microsoft Marketplace](https://marketplace.microsoft.com/en-us/product/saas/gongio1592912835922.gong_for_ms_dynamics_365).
2. Click **Get it now**.
3. If you haven’t signed into to Microsoft Marketplace, sign in with MS admin credentials.

5. If needed, select the environment you want to install the app in.
6. Agree to the legal terms and privacy statement, and click **Install**.

The installation begins. The indicator turns green when installation is complete.

## Configure the solution

Complete these steps to enable Engage Flow tables in Dynamics.

2. Click **Gong for MS Dynamics**to display the list of objects for the app.

6. In the Columns, Forms, and Views tabs, select **Select all**, and click **Update**.
7. In Gong, go to the [MS Dynamics settings](/v1/docs/set-gong-data-to-export) page and select which data you want to export to MS Dynamics.

## Test the configuration

1. In the Dynamics 365 Sales Hub, open any Contact or Lead record.
2. Under Related, check that Engage Flows is listed.

## Uninstall the solution

Deleting the solution permanently removes the Engage Flow object and all associated records.

1. In Power Apps, go to Solutions > Managed.
2. Select Gong for MS Dynamics.
3. Click Delete.
