# HubSpot (telephony system)

This article explains how to set up the integration with **HubSpot telephony system** so you can import calls. If you are looking for info on the HubSpot CRM integration, [go here](/v1/docs/the-benefits-of-integrating-hubspot-and-gong).

You must be a HubSpot administrator to enable the integration. Speaker separation is supported.

## **Set up HubSpot telephony system**

- Make sure calls are recorded in HubSpot.
- Authorize the integration with Gong (must be done by a HubSpot admin).

## **Set up HubSpot telephony integration in Gong**

1. Click **Admin center > Settings** tab > **Data capture** > **Telephony systems**.
2. Click **+ Add telephony system**.
3. Select **HubSpot**.
4. Set the speaker channel to the desired channel.
5. Click **CONNECT**.

## Supported dialer features

| Import past calls | When setting up the integration, automatically imports the last 90 days of calls. If you add or change a user, Gong only imports calls made in the previous 30 days. | Yes |
| User matching | The field used to identify the Gong user | Email |
| Sound experience | Indicates if the call is recorded using stereo or mono | Stereo |
| Must be connected through a CRM | Some systems must be used together with a CRM | No |
