# View a theme analysis

[AI Theme Spotter](/v1/docs/understanding-ai-theme-spotter) helps you uncover the bigger picture behind your customer conversations. By automatically detecting recurring patterns and trends, it reveals insights that are hard to identify manually, giving you a clear view of the collective customer voice.

To view a theme analysis, team members need the Theme Spotter permission. This is enabled via the permission profile, under Pages > Insights > AI Theme Spotter.

## View analysis

1. Go to **Insights > AI Theme Spotter**, locate the analysis you want to view, click the action menu in the far right, and choose **View analysis**.   1. The question that was asked in the analysis.
  2. Filters that were applied to the analysis, and the period it covers.
  3. The number of calls and accounts that were analyzed, the number of themes identified, and the number of calls in which these themes were identified.
  4. Click Export to:
    1. Download a table of the theme
    2. Send sources via email
  5. Summary of each theme
  6. Breakdown of how many calls each theme was mentioned in, how many deals and accounts these calls reflect, and the revenue associated with these deals.
  7. Click **Explore** to see a drill down into the theme and its subthemes.
  8. Click ![Action Menu.svg](https://cdn.us.document360.io/2837c190-3ec8-4120-9116-6d427e774667/Images/Documentation/MoreActions.svg)****to
    1. Explore the theme
    2. Create a tracker based on the theme.
2. If you click on Explore theme, you’ll be taken to the theme page.

  1. Theme name
  2. How many calls theme was mentioned in
  3. Theme summary and analysis name
  4. Subtheme summary
  5. Subtheme and quotations from relevant calls
  6. Click **Show sources** to open a panel on the right with links to calls in which this theme was detected, and summaries of the relevant parts of the calls.
  7. Click Track theme to create a smart tracker based on this theme
  8. Click the action menu****and choose to:****
    1. Download a PDF with theme details
    2. Send a CSV by email with source data about the theme

Any team member can access this feature if they have the required permissions.
