# Objects and fields Gong requires access to

When you connect Gong to MS Dynamics, Gong can access any MS Dynamics data that the connecting user can access. To control this access, connect using a dedicated integration user whose permissions only include the data and actions you want to expose to Gong.

This section describes which object-level permissions must be assigned to the MS Dynamics integration user to import and export data to and from Gong.

## Gong for MS Dynamics

The integration user must have access the following access:

- For the Engage Flow table: Set all actions to **Organization**.

MS Dynamics users must have the following access:

- For the Engage Flow table: Read access

## Supported field types

The following field types are supported:

- BIGINT
- BOOLEAN
- CUSTOMER
- DATETIME
- DECIMAL
- DOUBLE
- ENTITYNAME
- INTEGER
- LOOKUP
- MEMO
- MONEY
- OWNER
- PICKLIST: We display a maximum of 120 characters. Picklist options that are longer than 120 characters are trimmed.
- REFERENCE
- STATE: We display a maximum of 120 characters. Content that is longer than 120 characters are trimmed.
- STATUS: We display a maximum of 120 characters. Content that is longer than 120 characters are trimmed.
- STRING
- UNIQUEIDENTIFIER
