# FAQs: Automatic review scorecards

****When a scorecard is set to automatic review, which calls are reviewed?****

New calls that match the call filters are automatically reviewed.

****Who in the call is automatically reviewed?****

By default, automatic review scorecards only score the call host. You can edit your call participants filter to set it to review people who attended the call as well.

**To choose which attendees are scored:**

1. Go to **Coaching** > **Manage Scorecards**.
2. Click the **3 dots** icon next to the relevant scorecard and select **Edit**.
3. Click **Edit filters**.
4. Click the drop-down under **Call participants** and select who should be scored in the call:
  - **Hosted:**The team member who hosts the call.
  - **Attended:**Team members who joined the call.
  - **Invited:**Team members who were invited to the call.

****Can I automatically review past calls?****

Yes, you can. Once you’ve set up a scorecard to review calls automatically, you can set it to review calls that occurred within the past 90 days. For more, see [Automatically review past calls](/v1/docs/create-and-manage-scorecards#automatically-review-past-calls) below.

****Why is my scorecard loading slowly?****

Scorecards with many multi-select or single-select questions take longer to load, especially when the questions have many answer options. The more select-type questions and answer choices you include, the slower the scorecard will load.

****Where can I view results of automatically reviewed calls?****

To view scores from automatically reviewed calls, go to **Insights > Team > Scorecards**, locate the scorecard, and click **Automatic**.

****Why does the AI sometimes give different results for the same input?****

Sometimes, AI produces different outputs for identical inputs. This is expected and normal AI behavior.

****Can one scorecard question reference another question?****

Currently, references across questions isn’t supported, and will not function as expected.

****How can I improve specific scorecard questions?****
