# Enable your team to use the Gong dialer from mobile

The Gong Dialer is a service within the Gong mobile app that allows reps to make and record outbound calls, maintain key information and prepare for next steps when they're on the go. The Gong Dialer is a VoIP service that works with either Wi-Fi or cellular connections. It’s supported for both Android and iOS.

You can set your system up so calls are automatically recorded and ingested in Gong, so account executives and frontline managers can get the full picture of deal activity for efficient pipeline reviews, including accurate warnings.

## **Enable the Gong Dialer**

> Note:
> 
> The Gong mobile dialer requires a Gong Foundation seat and the Gong web dialer requires an Engage seat.

1. Go to **Admin center** > **Team members**
2. Select a team member or a full team to open the panel showing that team member or team’s settings.
3. Under Gong Dialer, turn on **Gong Dialer**. This allows team members to make calls with the Gong web and mobile dialer.
