# Delete a recorded call

Tech admins can bulk-delete calls from the Search page or by using [automation rules](/v1/docs/create-a-rule-to-automatically-delete-calls). Anyone can delete an individual call from the call page if enabled to do so in their [permission profile](/v1/docs/available-permission-settings#call-and-email-actions).

Delete a call to permanently remove it and any associated data from Gong. The following data is deleted:

- All call-related data, such as transcripts, media, and so on
- Notes & comments
- Call stats are removed
- Task(s)
- The call is deleted from Gong Conversations in Salesforce

## **Delete a call**

1. [Find the call](/v1/docs/search-for-calls) that you want to delete.
2. In the [call page](/v1/docs/intro-to-the-call-page), click ![Button____1_.png](https://cdn.us.document360.io/2837c190-3ec8-4120-9116-6d427e774667/Images/Documentation/24883253542285.png) > **Delete call**.
3. Confirm the deletion.

## **Delete multiple calls (tech admins)**

1. [Find the calls](/v1/docs/search-for-calls) that you want to delete.
2. In the Search page, click ![Button____1_.png](https://cdn.us.document360.io/2837c190-3ec8-4120-9116-6d427e774667/Images/Documentation/24883253542285.png) > **Delete calls**.
3. Confirm the deletion.

You can also [set up an automation rule](/v1/docs/create-a-rule-to-automatically-delete-calls) to automatically delete calls.
