# CRM activity naming conventions

In order to easily identify Gong activities in your CRM activity list, the subject or title of the activity are prefaced with details of the activity as follows.

| Activity type | Title naming convention | Example |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Conference call | [Gong] [<provider>]: <call title> | [Gong] [Zoom]: Meeting set up |
| Short calls | [Gong <call direction>]: <call title> - <call result> | [Gong outbound call]: Call with Gong for Demo - Meeting booked - Interview with company |
| Call attempts | [Gong <call direction>]: <call title> - <call result> | [Gong outbound]: Meeting with Acme - No Answer, left voicemail |
| Calls not recorded | [Gong <call direction>]: <call title> - <call result> | [Gong outbound]: Demo with Gong - Answered - Meeting booked |
