# Connect HubSpot to Gong

> **Available on**: Any Gong plan

Connect HubSpot to Gong to enable data sharing between HubSpot and Gong. After connecting HubSpot, you can configure which HubSpot data Gong imports and which Gong activities are exported to HubSpot.

## Before you begin

**Before connecting HubSpot:**

- Verify that you have HubSpot permissions to authorize integrations.
- Decide which HubSpot user will be used to create the connection.
- Review the HubSpot permissions and access requirements.

We recommend using a dedicated integration user so that you can control which HubSpot data Gong can access.

## Connect Gong to HubSpot

**To connect Gong to HubSpot:**

1. In the left sidebar, click **Admin center**.
2. In the **Settings** tab, click **CRM settings** under **CRM**.
3. In the HubSpot integration page, click **Connect** and log into your HubSpot account.
4. When prompted, authorize Gong to access HubSpot. The integration is completed.

The email of the person who set up the integration is displayed. The connection time is available for customers who connected after June 2024.

## What to do next

After connecting HubSpot:

- Select the HubSpot fields that Gong should import.
- Configure import settings.
- Configure activity export settings.
