# Connect Gong to Microsoft Copilot

> **Who can use this**: Tech admin, Microsoft 365 admin, IT responsible for Copilot integrations
>
> **Available on**: Any Gong plan

Gong’s integration with Microsoft Copilot lets users search Gong calls directly from Microsoft apps, without switching platforms. Users can ask plain-language questions and get summaries and links to calls in Gong. This gives teams quick access to insights from one or many calls while staying in their Microsoft environment.

## What the integration includes

Once set up, Copilot can:

- Summarize recent Gong calls
- Answer questions about a specific account or a set of calls
- Return links to calls in Gong so users can review the full conversation

## Data not available in Copilot

Copilot does not have access to:

- Emails captured by Gong
- CRM-related data beyond accounts and contacts
- Custom fields or advanced CRM entity types such as deals, opportunities, or splits

## Control who can use the Gong connector

Admins can restrict who is allowed to use the Gong connector in Copilot:

- During setup, switch on Rollout to limited audience
- Add specific users or groups who should have access
