Automate a call via a Jira ticket

You can either automate a Gong call by creating a Jira ticket, or auto attach a call to a Jira ticket.

  1. Use Zapier.

    Note: Zapier is freemium software, which means you may be able to use it for this Jira process to work without having a paid license.

     

  2. Confirm your Jira.

     

Enable Gong to push straight to an SFDC case

  • Use the Gong conversation object (recommended) and/or Gong's API.

  • Attach it to the case using process builder, or grab a Gong URL and insert it into a field on the case.

  • When using your existing Jira automation, take into account that the Gong field will be pulled in.
