# Assign a consent profile

> **Available on**: Any Gong plan

> **Where to go:** Admin center > Settings > People > Team members

Consent profiles are set for team members, or teams, when adding a new team member or in an assignment for automatic provisioning.

> Note:
> 
> When you change the consent profile for a team member they must logout and login again to MS Outlook or Gmail.

## **Assign to team members**

In the **Team members** page, when [adding or editing a team member](/v1/docs/add-or-edit-a-team-member), select the relevant consent profile in the **Consent Profile** section.

## **Assign to a team**

In your **Team members** page, click ![Team.png](https://cdn.us.document360.io/2837c190-3ec8-4120-9116-6d427e774667/Images/Documentation/24883258217485.png) next to the name of the team's manager. Scroll down to **Recording and consent** and select the relevant consent profile.

## **Assign through provisioning**

Click **Admin Center > Settings** > **People** > **Team member provisioning** page, in a new or existing assignment, select the relevant consent profile in the **Recording settings** area.
