Tech admins can manage team members in Gong by accessing Company settings, then People, and selecting Team members. They can edit notifications, send welcome emails, import call history, disable team members, and impersonate them. Notifications can include call summaries, daily or weekly digests, alerts, comments, forecasts, and tips. Disabling a team member restricts their access but keeps recorded data. Team members can be re-enabled if needed. Admins can also log in as team members to troubleshoot or assist.

Tips and tricks on how to use Gong
Send welcome email
If you didn't send a welcome email when adding a team member, send it at any time. The welcome mail includes information on how to sign in to Gong.
Import call history
View the log of the team member’s calls imported to Gong.
Disable (and enabling) team member
Disabling a team member prevents them from logging into Gong, but doesn't remove related captured data, such as recorded calls. Any call they scheduled to record is still recorded for the first hour after you disable them.
If you manage your team members with automatic provisioning, deactivate the team member in your IDP, so that they are then automatically deactivated in Gong. For more information, see Provisioning team members.
You cannot delete a team member from Gong.
If you want to re-enable the team member, select Enable team member.
Log in as a team member
You can impersonate a team member to take actions on their behalf, or see what they see in Gong, to help you troubleshoot.
